After sucessfully running seven seasons of Tele series Supernaturals whats there in season 8 of supernaturals …yellow eyed deamon ,lucifer and michel , Apocalypse, Pergurgatory  what New God what could be the next move to keep season going on and on. Well while watching supernaturals have this thought ever occurred to you what if this all happens in India. Ya in our very own India will the road a line of roses with public support or the bumpy with bumpy roads and encounters with traffic and population you can imagine some interesting plots coming up if they chose India

• Ok now lets talk about girls in their life thinking can you go to the story line of Satyawan and Savitri

With all this i can say they can have an entire season shot in indians or in honour of indians (not only keeping gods like Ganesha and Kali ) I strongly feel the management of Indian Gods at indraloka is far more intresting and exiting plot for them to play. Hmm at least after writing this much i think they could at least dedicate few episodes to this.Because i can see lots of spice in it and trust me TRP internationally will just shoooooooooooot upppp Worth giving a shot  Eric Kripke

Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl – Con Kaun ?

What ever the name is kept by our CON STAR Ranveer WE know from the title that his real  name is Ricky Bahal now that’s what is called is Bad naming or last minute naming . SO no one can be surprised or excited ohh this was his real name

Story well start up selling of bungalow was a smart smiley start but rest others were so predictable to audiences at least. And wow man girls getting together and all sounds good on paper and especially that party stuff and all ..please give a break. So in all absence of clap-worthy con games and dialogues of one-upmanship .And since the drama is slow and not so catchy you think and when we as public think and it happens the same way we don’t appreciate it much .And yes that’s the major problem with the movie and the other one Was it really needed to show love between both of them NO not really ,  never sure why or how the girl would fall for a confirmed, multi-crore fraudster, who should be in jail. Some more fine-tuning could’ve helped. I understand Chopra JI This is when the commercially inevitable takes precedence over satisfactory explanations.but .Next time sir feel free to contact me In all I think if it is not for dimple ‘s (Pariniti chopra) Rant in movies I would have left it some where .

Needless to mention that now it will not be that easy to find people with that ringtone if he has made his followers

Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya introduces Genelia Deshmukh

Introducing Genelia Deshmukh, in the movie . Enjoy watching a sweet love story with the now Mr & Mrs Deshmukh  J they look good as a pair compliment each other quite well. I will say this movie is revolving around genelia and genelia she is looking good in whatever she wore .

I will not say that dress designer has worked very well but yes he is doing fairly well to make her look great.Well the newly wed don’t show any special on screen chemistry but are doing fair in the movie.

Off late most romantic comedies start with the accidental encounter of a spirited girl and a reticent guy, who subsequently set off on an unexpected journey. SO story is not so unpredictable but when you come after break movie makes u feel better. The mood that Mandeep Kumar has created throughout the film is the highlight. The climax makes you feel for the boy without getting too heavy on the nerves. Undoubtedly, ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ is a feel good film and you won’t find many dull moments but you should also not expect anything fresh .I really loved the Patch of Atithi devo bhav in movie . Chowdhary (Om Puri) is a notorious kidnapping kingpin, who makes a living out of demanding ransom. Just when you think Puri is a villain of sorts and some never-ending torture drama will unfold,

But in toto I think that if dialogue writer would have given more then the story would have been more entertaining .

Yes ,The lack of imagination is visible in the kidnapping scene where everything looks very artificial, and very repetitive. but at the same time Chaudhari’s character definitely brings smiles on the spectators’ faces but Naveen Prabhakar, Chitrasi Rawat and Smita Jaykar don’t rise above the ordinary level, and it’s not their fault because the storyteller moves on to other plots after merely touching their back stories.

The alterations might be minor but, in totality, it helps this regular rom-com gain an identity of its own. In all watch in movie hall if you don’t want to have light family time (yes it’s a movie you can watch with family with almost negligible scenes needed to be censored) But watching on TV will also leave you feel light.

Iam not impressed by songs at all though can give some score to cinematographer for their shoot.

Chillar Party a cute movie :)

I saw it on CD and within a week it is going to come on TV , Yes the last one i saw on TV was Stanelly ka dabba

There was a time when there was dearth of movies on childrten especially in 2000-2005 when sai paranjpai and the child authority of india had almost stopped making movies on children. But now market is filled with buyers for such movies channels like pogo , CN are all set to pay money for them but i doubt that these movies are really able to catch some crowd for theaters .

Well lets talk about this movie chillar party ..

Its about a set of kids in colony who have their own gang and work in team and as a team has all kind of people with them, the story starts with their names and pet names which will make u smile.

Then the real story starts when the small boy comes in their colony as a child labor with his dog Bedu.. after a initial fight or tussle they become friends and on the day of inaugration of

Now the issue with the movie is

the cause is small on which the level of revolution was created esp the chaddi march though looked good and funny in the movie but it was not really needed in the movie. In all they could have picked up some better cause than this one.

Songs are ok, Acting of almost every kid is good its never raised to the level of over acting like it does in most o the movies to quote i will say ( O my friend ganesha and all of that type and era)

In all i will say that you should at least watch this movie on TV if possible with kids if  dont have your own then relative or colony kids will also let you know that what is the impact of the movie on them. This is a light and happy movie in all that will leave you light heated and happy So do watch at least when it comes on TV

 

Tata Docomo :a Tribute to Bhopal

This Add took me into flashback : almost 5 years back when I reached South india in Chennai. Being a north Indian you are quickly identified and people ask you about your native

People:  you are from which city ?

Me: Bhopal

People: Bombay / Mumbai … or mubaiyaaa some times Delhi used to be another closest guess

Me: Noooooooooo its Bhopal

People: Some people felt awkward that they are still unable to understand if the place is in India or … Then they say ohh is it in UP ? And then again I used to say No its Bhopal capital of MP. Then only some generous people used to say No we are not so well versed with the cities in North

Else I used to wonder is Pronouncing Bhopal So tough!!! Or some times leave it how does it matters if they think iam from Delhi or Mumbai or even some TIMBAK TU how does it matters.

And there comes the new add of Tata Docomo Dedicated to all Bhopal’s where they Said Bhopal almost 4-5 times in 30 seconds of add  I guess that’s enough to get registered in public’s mind and in particular all tear 2 cities people  like me who sometimes fight  for the identification of the our beloved cities like lucknow Kanpur indore Jabalpur etc etc ( I would not say that every case was same some were smart too or Google Smarts but its ok now)

Ok  for those who are wondering what this Jalebi script is ? or what is written They have taken a city named : gudur .

So the target Audience is Clear : People who find themselves in strange cities ( like jobs or official trips or short term postings , Travelling etc  as well as locals of  In particularly AP/TN/Kerala/Karnataka .Network is their strength in TN but not in AP so they are looking for that.And rest who can connect themselves to it

Concept: Again I will say they have chosen such a common anxiety among public when they travel alone to a different city and especially when they are not so much of frequent traveller. Almost every one of us who has ever travelled alone must have faced the biggest fear of travelling that we will miss the designated stop and that’s exactly what happens with the person when his worst fear comes true. Well Add quality and formulation is ok so will not say that it’s a wow add or unique concept or amazing presentation but it just conveys the message

I understand that writer has understood MP culture so completely that the guy asks the simal aged lady as “auntiji Bhopal kab ayega” OMG thats too bhopali

Story is simple without hassels yes it means it still has story lines unlike the ones we saw in recent times

Emotional scenes are a bit hurried; some scenes are repetitive in the second half; climax looks a bit incomplete. Akshay seems to move out now in

The story, penned by Rohit Dhawan,the new feather in David dhavan family  is quite fresh as topics such as recession and friendship have not been used the way they have been in this film. Also, the two main male protagonists of the drama turning to the profession of male escorting is a new twist in the tale.

SO a kinda boyish film with emotional stint in it there are lot many ways this movie can be maid better but its ok You can wait and watch this movie once it comes on TV. Also if you are planning to team up with your gang then go ahead you can watch it there too.

Dont know if Girls in ones life will be ready to accept this as profession but iam sure of one female who will not be happy and that will be the MOM hee hee whats say

Now that I have realized that I have flair towards the ghostly and all non normal fantasy serials After Heroes and x files now it’s supernatural.

Well as the name suggests this serial is all about the SUPERNATURALS exist in US(till now) but the research is taken worldwide and all known and unknown names are being used for the same.

• How the hell they make their living?
• How they manage to travel all on cars that too no snow anywhere so what they do in hibernating period At least till Season II one episode some flakes are there
• Rock salt guns etc etc. seems dam funny, always salt and holy water MAN|| with this speed I have to keep Ganga  Jal with me to keep sprinkling
• Where they keep their cloths as their trunk is filled with all guns and gases which were not caught by till now
• They make you realize that US also people can do frauds easily fake ID’s etc etc and never getting caught
• Why no one has ever thought donating them some money to account or some property ?
• Whats their dad doing all the time when he is not there i guess he had more of his hunting carrier than the boys.
• They make you realize that its not Army /Police etc who make us safe its these bunch of selfless hunters who are sacrificing a lot to keep the earth safe .Indeed a noble thought
• Now a million $ question what will happen if they will come to India Your views are most invited.

Why You will Watch Supernaturals 

Honestly speaking if you go for logics you will prefer going with x files that has reasonably more argumentative logics but then when you see the bonding of brothers and the emotional content with worthy  acting on charming faces you override your logic’s.

You even know that they are just some good work done on special effects which can seem repetitive but not the music which makes you feel that’s it !!!  It getts better season by season.

I will say that Supernatural’s is catchy and you will like watching it. The good point is that story has little room to play out and the personal story is great. Well with season 1 you have to be patient to watch until some half of the season at least to be connected to characters and have some good gripping stories then you will move to the seasons on its pace.

Its all the emotional drama (including ghosts ) you accept the brothers as is in spite of they being different but united in their unique ways make you like the episodes and nevertheless the variety of ghosts and concepts to end them . Might be funny not only the daemons but also the way of treating them if you put logic but there is something which can bind you to series try it out on your own

You can actually see onscreen how the bonding between the two characters grow up with the growth of series as I guess the bonding off screen would also have emerged well

Movie My TAKE  :Well the focus of the movie is drawn out on coaching classes completely in second half rather than the main issue of reservation i guess this was done by Jha to avoid the tension. Infact i even think that this was a taboo unoffically crated to make a move on Box office. But is the solution completely highlighted ? Is it a justice that every one comes into teaching leaving what all they were doing? Even if you look up as teaching extra as a solution then isnt it  a school oriented issue or rather sylabus design issue that students are unable to complete the studies in school and they need extra aids ? The movie would have ended abruptly if it is not for Hema Malini’s entry . She was required to tell audience that now movie will be logically ending as the problem was not posed with best solution yet. Iam confused on the entire concept of the movie.

But at the same time i will say the movie gives a feel good for the situation hero riegtiously winning at the end of the movie and being respected about. Now what area of bhopal is covered in this the first and formost is the Oriental collage of Engineering & MBA which is owned by Thakral ji and this name has been utilized in the movie as is Shakuntala Thakral (Played by hemamalini) so alll from the corridore , liberary and infact the assembly all is taken from the Orignal collage itself leave the fact that the canteen never looked so beautiful as it does on the silver screen. Acting :  Saif is good to go , deepika not much scope was their Amitabh bachhan & Manoj bajpai  rocks and the other hero he is the one who i guess was given the bigger chance then he deserved, his acting had no fluency in total but its ok. Manoj bajpai was at par with amitabh . I guess he is being explored by Prakash Zha .

Ahh there is one more person discoverd in this movie Mr.Thakral yes the owner of the collage in White safaries in board meeting is the the real owner of Thakral instiitute of Technologies and Oriental Instititute of Technologies

Yes you can see lot many MP iets and especially in bhopali as the janta, liberary students and all bheed and this is a praise for them all  good Job

Music :Now if we talk about the music it is good audiable and especially the songs like ek chance to de de meri jaan is the perfect fit for multiple ocassions though their placement in the movie is quite fast ir goes just after every 5-10 minutes you will be faciing the major two songs

In last i will only say Dont miss it on TV and Theatere watch with family

Is “The Dirty Picture” Really Dirty??

Before watching this movie I had thought that Why  nasruddin shah has to look so creepy but now I relize that he was supposed to look that way becoz the life of a male actor in the industry is far more than his female counterpart. He gracefully blends into the background as the ‘Hero’ takes Centre stage. In Industry the male lead  always gets an opportunity to work with girls who have grown up watching their movies in childhood no offences to Amitabh ,Sharukh ,salman ,rajnikant ,vijaykant ,dileep kumar and the list goes on and on you pick the name from any era.

Silk Smitha

The movie is inspired by the life of the late south Indian actress Silk Smitha. Intermittently, real life is far more appealing and compelling than fiction. And a biopic — which attempts to recount a person’s life story or at least the most historically momentous years of his/her life — is most demanding for not just the storyteller/s, but also the actors who bracket together with those films. This is the rise and fall story of a nonentity who turns the biggest sex-symbol in cinema, loosely modeled on the lines of real-life temptresses of the 80s like Silk Smitha and Disco Shanti. Reshma (Vidya Balan) might not have admirable acting abilities but sure knows how to use her sexual charm to her benefit – both onscreen and offscreen. That gives her an easy entry into the cine-world and soon she starts dominating film posters and ruling hearts of her fans.

One relief after a good long to time span I found one movie which was women centric and doing justice  to the topic . Has all masala to make a movie hit with a good story line which makes people draw to theatres else I have rarely seen movies on shoulder of women stay in box office for long .. so kudos to the team.(7 khoon maaf was the last one but priyanka was unable to crack it at box office)

Vidya Balan disappears, she lives, breathes and executes the character it’s Silk that emerges on screen. And though the movie PR machinery may have given one the impression of this film being one of sex and sleaze, it is not. In fact, this subject has been packaged in a sublime manner giving it the respect it deserves and making us wonder what really lies behind the glamour and gloss. It’s not right to pass judgment because you don’t know what the other person is going through, or the circumstances that has brought her to the place she is. How ever we can see the other side of glam industry of which only glimpses will be there in movies.Everyone has a choice, right. But we all make mistakes. And this film is not about glorifying a mistake. Rather, it addresses the plight of an upcoming actress.Last few lines say most of the unsaid part in the movie and seem impact full

But the same people, who make a star out of her, pull her down subsequently. Superstar Suryakant (Naseeruddin Shah) sees this woman as a potential threat to his stardom and decides to clip her wings. Even Ramakant (Tusshar Kapoor), who loves her, ditches her for her indulgence in substance abuse. On the contrary, filmmaker Abraham (Emraan Hashmi), the man who hated her the most, gets attracted towards her.

Rajat Luthra is the one set for punch lines

A film producer, desperately seeking a hit, sees a starlet in the small time but sexy and extremely ambitious girl Reshma. He immediately rechristens her as Silk. She instantaneously renames him askeeda (worm) justifying that keede hi toh banate hain silk (worms produce silk). That smart and symbolic line pretty much sums up the bigger picture behind the dirty picture. The supposedly decent and respectable society is the one that makes a Silk out of Reshma and sex-symbol out of Silk.

Reading between the lines ( some facts movie reviles )

For the character of SILK I will say she was the women who took strong decisions in her life , who as a women has the capability to inspire people around her , who had all right to feel jealous and Even her suside was posed as a part of her strong character  she didn’t wanted to bend for help ,she didn’t asked for help to the director (Imran Hashmi) Yes she did her own set of mistakes but she is not shown guilty of her decisions as they were her own.Comparison b/w priyanka of Fashion and Vidhya of DP will be sheer injustice to both characters . And at some place in mind I feel great that this thought is a product of Ekta Kappor another strong woman in the industry who has the nerves of the common man in India.

What makes me think that this movie has made an impact on audiences in theatre as I found people who were humming the song day in day out “o la la “ now say this seems a sad song now

For sure I believe vidhya balan is going to bang at least best actress awards on critics at least and one will be going for best one liners dialogs to the other ‘hero’ of the film THE dialogue writer Rajat Arora some bold some meaningful and some crazy ones but all can be picked fast But this doesnt means that this is a family watch movie . This is an Adult watch movie but has a well written script in it.

THE DIRTY PICTURE is in line for a flood of awards. Vidya Balan will walk away with all possible trophies! Now a stolen line “Yeh ladki aag lagaegi!”

Every move of yours says some thing I bet this is a series will be leaving the viewers to be hypersensitive to every small move of muscles. Lie to me is based on research into what might be called “face reading” done by Paul Ekman, a celebrated psychologist praised for his trailblazing work in translating clues people give when they are lying. He can apparently learn at least as much from a twitch or a blink as even the best detective could deduce from a lengthy interrogation. Tim Roth plays Cal Lightman, a character who seems only very loosely modelled on Ekman, even though he dabbles heavily in the same kind of endeavour — translating “symbolic gestures,” “deception perception,” breathing patterns and many other such clues. I must admit that Roth is very intensive performer who personifies the character with all its cynicism pretty well

Ok let me tell it simple words why you will enjoy watching this series its because what ever they discuss in show about body language and expression you can do hands on them in real life unlike other series where it is written that the stunts are performed under experts guidance You cannot be Bones, You can Not be Dr Who , You can not be CID but this series will surely make u up to catch few known and unknown facts

Expressions and habits are universally the same irrespective of minor changes due to cultures of the nation so doesn’t matters you are watching it from which ever part of the world you will get it.

Let’s face it — sometimes, we’ve all wished that we knew what someone was thinking. This show ” emphasized how interesting it would be to read a person’s honesty based on their facial expressions.

A tip from the series “When you’re lying, it’s hard to tell a story backwards”

Well to be honest I don’t remember every thing told on the series after all its too much for my little brain to grasp but still good to hold Neiither I try to read the expressions on and on because of 2 reasons 1. Iam not expert to comment and 2. I want people to give freedom and I Know ignorance is bliss … hee hee

• One thing which I found different in this series than others is that the last episode doesn’t makes some promises or an ending which will make you wait for next season
• And the lead pair are till now just good friends and no love stories are involved between them. As if every other lead show makes the lead pair working to forcefully fall in the love and marriage trap
• Also in some episodes it is shown that some cases are picked up on personal basis like people involved with the team working in the Light man group as if boss we have no work give some work

• Seson 2 had some where the theme to show the lightman as an emotional person

One of the main problems with “Lie to Me” Season 3 is that most of the cases are no longer Law Enforcement or Legally Related, yet Dr. Cal Lightman and his Lightman Group are still getting people to cooperate and bullying them when in fact these people are under no obligation at all to give them the time of day.

Star  with Rupert Murdoch’s entertainment company is launching Life OK, a brand new channel aimed at the 150 million television viewers in the Hindi-speaking market. “people are just too free to watch TV and sit on Internet “

Well I think colors and ndtv india is giving star group a tough competition as they are already drawing youth to watch their shows so very few left to watch whats on the channel. So they have to accept the failure of star one and come up with an idea that now they will not cater some selected age group but some selected mind sets which is in major .( What difference it is going to make let the time tell)

As the trailer shows man is not happy in life by what and when he is getting things he always feels he deserved better or someone else is having better so the channel wants to say that appreciate what you have . The name Life OK reflects the philosophy of the new brand. “Through our stories we wish to tell people that you are free to seek what you want but in your search for more you must not forget what you already have,” Sounds like kahan ghar ghar ki

“Teri to hai aish , apni to dhat tariki , uska dekho style, apni to dhat tariki…..”.

• for the fact that the telesoaps on the channel will be for 7 days of the week . Which means that you will feel same on every day in this channel no Sundays for them.

• It seems they are so much into chasing other channels that they missed to cater the young star one fans .. as i dont see any series for them teel coll going gang as of now.

I can see this is going to be the major launch of the season under the new CEO Armed with a launch budget of more than Rs. 700 crore, the channel is expected to spend Rs. 120 crore in marketing the brand via digital media, roadblocks on television, print and outdoor campaigns.  Biding Good Bye to Star One Sega

Well after almost 7-8  years of Star one we are saying good bye to it. Start one was a Youth oriented channel and almost every serial was based on chocolaty love stories be it vampires or school collage going kidos you can listen to the story and tell its start one.

When Long back it was launched for almost 1 year i was impressed by this channel as it came up with brand new fresh feel serials like guns and roses, siddhant and Remix all were great start-ups but the entire feel of the channel deteriorated with the time and  I started using the channel as comedy channel whenever you have to see some thing beyond the world goody or bad watch and laugh

The only consistent fav of all class and age group was Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai

Its sad ( that “abb geet parayai nahi ho payegi” pyar ki ye kahani me vampire werewolf & humans will stay together forever and colleges will be waiting for some hip hop people altogether .;)

 

Ra one a Disaster by/ for / of Sharukh

Let me confess that this review cannot be the fullest one as iam trying to watch Ra One since 1 month constantly daily and unable to bear it more than 5-15 minutes still a part of movie is left which iam not in position to complete so its on you iif you want to trust on this review or not

I have to write this quick review to tell that the movie is not bearable and I have no regrets in saying that I enjoyed robot far more than this Ra one so did my nephews.

This one is another one made on the name of villains

I bet sharukh must have seen this movie before premier so he has given all his sweat to at least make people to go in theaters at least once , just enter once that too with family becoz he knew no one from that family will ever come or recommend this to any one.

• I didn’t liked the way sharukh portrayed the south Indian character I felt it demeaning
• The double meaning jokes are strictly not for kids
• In fact the game companies are not run by the way its shown its all so crappy
• And some how I was so encouraged to cut the extra long sadhna cut hairs of this kid to take glimpse of his real face atleast once
• The best part of the movie is special effect they are really good of international standards

Iam still unable to find this movie is for which set of target audiences as it fit none and tortured every set of group

So in all I cant even watch it on TV but if you have guts you can try it on TV while I don’t think there is any harm in playing with the toys sharukh launched dancing in every  city

This is a telesoap after long which is least dramatized in the crowd. This is the only current serial which i will not mind buying the original dvd.This is the only mythological serial I have seen which poses spirituality as logical and sensible , one can easily put in logics and connects it to the happenings of the current era. So couldnt resist writing few praises about this one.

10 things which makes this worthy watching

1. 100% + on writing of serial  Iam actually impressed by the way writer has understood the character of Krishna and posed in neutral way. Must say that after a real long i have seen some thing on television as least adulterated potrey of a character .Krishna is many time shown as a child but this time he is more explored as himself. I actually feel mesmerized by the character of Krishna like never before.Because i feel telling about krishna while personifying him and maintaining the glory of god and making people fall in love with his every act is extremely tough task which is done so well. Because i strongly believe that the way he logically defined the character will make even those people watch this who dont believe in Krishna as a God or even in any God. Thats the power ..
2. 100% on Choice of Vishal Karwal  in the lead role of Dwarkadheesh shree krishna is so apt as if he was ment for this role and yes he doesn’t makes you miss nitish bharadwaj the old krishna .He is able to potrey krishna as naughty , sincere ,empathetic ,dramatic ,king, as vishnu in all roles so perfectly. He began his career with Roadies, was seen as lead in Colors’ Bhagyavidhata and Rishton Se Badi Pratha. And must say he took best decision of his life by not entering into big boss this season..
3. 99% on camera work of shots and editing of the show and picking up the story sequence as the character of Krishna is so vast and so detailed.
4. 95% scores on not stretching the stories till now. Stories keep going in the right pace and if u miss episode it makes u feel that you have missed some thing in the day. so its worth watching almost every episode.Starting the mahabharata  yug soon so lets see how long they take this .. I just hope the TRP trap shouldn’t make them to stretch the stories like K soaps.Then my scores will go down badly on that one  ;)
5. 90% scores on perfect background scores  and bhajans even the bhajan maestro anoop  jalota makes it so apt .
6. 80% score on casting other characters, most of them fit the roles aptly and specially loved the choice of kids as sudama and krishna
7. 80% score on choice of wigs and hairdos especially males , they dont look very fancy or too much out of place and in case if i have to compare with others then will give them additional 10% scores for that.
8. 85% on dialogues of the serial , though they some times become repetitive but its ok they still make sense
9. 75% on sets , again sagar bros reutilize them in serials but its ok they are good and light direction is also good.Hey did I said I truly love the mukut of shree krishna best one designed till now. Their makeup artists are also doing well they don’t overdo the makeup which makes it clumsy to look on screen
10. Unlike most of the mythological serials here equal respect to every god is given like every God is just best in his/her department and they do things for each other like to run a great company CEO’s work in coordination . WIN- WIN for all gods .As absence of this feeling actually repelled me from many mythological serials.

Sagar Bros have done a superb job till now , truly commendable .. U will make ur dad proud

Now they have a tricky role to play to be neutral and show the real Krishna in Mahabharat row.I will actually appreciate if they take roles of Mahabharata Pandavas and Kuravs as Gray people rather than plain black and white.Lets see how it turns up.

I know for readers of this blog this must be actually strange that iam not finding any thing to criticize about the show. “Mausam” ka mausam kab aaya kab gaya

The ebs and tides of the love story are impinged upon by the outbreak in the late 1980s of militancy in Kashmir Valley, the Ayodhya dispute, the Mumbai serial blasts, the Kargil conflict and the post-Godhra Gujarat riots of 2002.The lovers separate, pine in silence for each other, meet again and part in faraway Scotland, and then finally reunite amid the Gujarat conflagration.
Since the lovers keep meeting and getting separated, it follows the same path every time, making the drama repetitive and even boring.

Its first half is visually scrumptious and eminently watchable; the second is a touch erratic and unconvincing.The nearly three-hour-long Mausam takes eons to arrive at the conclusion of that thematic formulation, but the heartfelt humanist statement that it makes is shot through with honesty and simplicity.

What fails Mausam on Box office :

• The slow pace of the drama;
• the inclusion of too many events in the film;
• lack of emotional appeal;
• too many coincidences in the lives of Shahid and Sonam.
  Will some one tell me why didnt the Sonap kappor called up to his sister if she had the no actually she was the best coordinate to be followed.
• Secondly i dont understand how and why the hero keeps coming and escaping from his old house. in the era what they are talking about searching office phone was not that difficult that too for those who have been in scotland
  the biggest drawback of the drama is that the audience feels no pain or sympathy for Harry and Aayat when they are unable to meet each other in spite of their concerted efforts in short either the repetition of events or too much on the happenings description made people …
• actually when this much of time was spent on happenings around people started to think now something really bad is going to happen and when it doesn’t happens that bad characters miss on the sympathy from viewers.
• In short movie could have been edited well .. as in editing they were in too much love with movie as if everything was needed.

 Why you can watch Mausam

• Songs :Its song seem more meaningful and worthy after movie even more melodious too
• Acting :Acting of leads is good, shahid is playing the role quite well.
• Dialogues: were beautiful and worth listening in most cases and camera work: of shots is just apt. Frames captured are beautiful.

Mausam is overlong and tends to meander rather listlessly in parts, but the debutant director deserves plaudits for daring to put a mighty new spin on his cross-community love saga that spans across several tumultuous decades. So Kudos to Pankaj Kapoor on that.

To conclude, Mausam could quite easily have ended up being a stodgy, strenuous and self-conscious drama. Writer-director Kapur, the accomplished actor that he is, orchestrates the emotional ups and downs of his tale with a commendable degree of moderation for the most part. Mausam is certainly worth a viewing on DVD as its less than TV watch watch as u will definitely skip movie due to adds but better than fully faltu movie but d

I will say the USP of this show is the elimination round & the dance videos of HR

To be honest this is the first show i have seen where the judge is contributing / given checqs to every eliminated person from the show. And again i will say this is the first show where i have seen a host saying brother/ sister to one ,sir ji to other one a friend to some , a place where the participants proudly say to a same agegroup actor we are your kid . What sells the show is introduction of Hritik as a person to all. Some how if he is faking all that than then he is too good to be an actor , he could be but not 100% any time even if u say all is planned but surly there are few spontaneous moments where you can come as you

The best episode was the family episode where you can see Hritwik dancing talking and giving respect and personel attention to each and every parent and family members and just makes the process interactive with people of all age group,  them with him .I will say as a judge he has done a unique and heart touching job ,

In public shows ,talkshows u get to know the celeb but when you see the person talking and acting without a predefined script (there could be guidelines but no scripts) then you get to know about the real person. Other person who was able to impress me on screen as a real person is Akshay Kumar apart from Sr Bachhan Amitabh… I will say that though these guys are at celb level but still they are really ground to earth and to the level of common man , they crack jokes on topics like we do ,like we do

I know all the top 13 dancers will be treated as winners because that was the feel of show, Family of dancers where only pure competition is the case. In fact it dosent matters who wins because now 3 of them are wonderful dancers and am sure three of them will make some point in their carrier.  Don’t miss the finale episode Ankan , Karan or surjeet May the best dancer win!

 

Grand Finale of Just dance

as if it was flooded with star and star family at just dance  it started up with hritiks entire family grandparents ,parents sister and wife even at award functions u cant see them all .

Then it was Priyanka chopra (PC) and the SHarukh who launched his toy of RaONE there. Point to be noted is that sharuks entry was there on other grand finales on different channels to which includes SA RE GA MA PA @ Zee and India’s got talent @ Colors all at same time and he was able to entertain every one on every channel.Ankan cutely said PC as didi nahi bolunga aapko aaj (i will not call u sister today) aww that must be diffent for priyanka too.

Then it was the dabang girl Sonakshi sinha who is also a BA of India gate baasmati rice and when while announcing winners she said “अब्ब आपको मिलेगा इंडिया गेट बासमती कि तरफ से ….. चावल के ५ बोरे ” no actually they gave 2-3 days stay in paris to ankan for 2 …Poor boy dosent have a GF yet.

Ok Now who won Just Dance is Ankan and even Runner up surjeet gave him a tough competition Surjeet is the one who got entry into the game when one was unable to be a part of competition in initials and he is the one who has shown one among the fastest learning curve.

 

Officers Choice : Re positioning of Brand

To be honest this is one of the top adds in liquour industry which talk about human values and the choice’s we have before us in our life, whether to take a “patli gali” or stand tall! even at a personal cost. However, the protagonist exhibits his officer like qualities and in the end makes the right choice.

So here they want to take the officer as a metaphor to righteousness bhai kya baat me sach me dum hai ??

Its more of andar ka officer jagao I dont know weather they are trying to change the image of liquor industry or just trying to create a good will in the homes of people having “Officers choice”

Ex Positioning of Brand : If we see the history of the product we will find that Officer’s Choice, as the name suggests, was a brand that was portrayed to be the preferred choice of naval officers and hence, it was aspirational to the consumer. Sony plans to buy ETV’s channels

Yes Sony is going to buy ETV .Sony take control of 11 of the 12 channels in the ETV basket, owned by Ramoji Rao’s Ushodaya Enterprises, Ya the only channel left will be the Telgu one as Mr Rao will not let any one take over the AP Political hold he has because of Enadu Publications.Ushodaya has three divisions, Eenadu Publications, ETV Network and pickles and food company Priya Foods. The group has diversified rapidly into film and TV production and distribution, financial services, garment manufacturing and hospitality. Well thats quite an move for sony channel (Multi-Screen Media (MSM), which runs Sony Television in India) http://www.setindia.com/ to be a market entrant after Star Network and ZEE. It means strong action in Channel industry is going to happen.

Just to revise that ZEE is having its own Alpha series which turned out to be Zee Marathi and other regional channels just like Star which proudly owns Star regional channels so Sony must be feeling left out in the market . After all this is the season of deals

Biggest media deal for $500-600 million (around Rs 2,600 crore ) to give Sony a bigger share of regional pie.Indeed this deal will be the deal of decade in India or who knows even in Asia which will overshadow any of the business deals done so far like Disney’s premeditated venture in UTV, Turner’s purchase of NDTV imagine from New Delhi Television and coming together of Viacom and Network18 presently functioning under CNBC Indian version. Wohho so much buying is going on in the market.

Now comes cause and effect of the deals ( Note the views expressed are facts + my analysis so I not being a media expert you can not Quote them )

• Currently Sony was landing some where above Colors () and NDTV Imagine and below Zee and Star due to their regional share and this deal will land sony ahead with at least 2-3 regions ahead of Zee and Star who have almost the coverage in 8 regions only.
• Apart from having a pan-India presence, ETV’s infotainment channels also reach out to Indian diaspora in the US, providing digital entertainment via ETV Telugu, ETV Bangla and ETV Gujarati entertainment channels.And ETV group is the one which on the line of Doordarshan clubs news and entertainment altogether.USP
• According to a Ficci-KPMG report, regional general entertainment accounts for over 25.06 per cent of the Rs 8,000 crore-plus TV advertising pie with a viewership share of 27.3 per cent.So its a wise move by Sony in all aspects and will indeed be able to take ROI if wisely used
• Might be Sony is planning to repeat the success story of SAB ( Shree adhikari brothers) now the only channel of its type and in the segment.
• And why Mr Rao is IN is leaving only Telgu channel out of the pocket Eenadu is a fierce competitor of Sakshi, the newspaper of former chief minister Y S R Reddy’s son, Jagan Reddy. DHAN TA DHAN
• But the question is will ETV telgu will retain same name or the other regional areas as well?
• And some how I see lots of cultural differences in the channel operations of ETV grp and Sony group so will this merger be gelled well or not that only time will tell but i guess the employees will be enjoying the Sony status soon.
• Now what else lets wait for the day when the deal is sealed.

In Add world where people are running the cut throat competition their own products cannibalize as well as when they have to compete with competitors in approximate 20 seconds and make them to buy a product worth lakhs then the add becomes the first gateway to the showroom it is the one that at first attracts to the showroom of Car Recently the 2 adds which grabbed my attention making the same point

This one is a GLIMPSE of a pair who turns up and down the shops of the city from 1 corner to other in order to find a perfect footwear for the lady .And Our Amir Ali does it all without any hesitation as this car is so economical and average friendly

ADD 2 BELONGS TO >> MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO

Boy gets message that an old friend (GF) is back in the city and asked to meet at SAME PLACE and people keep searching and the guy reaches to her by his Car as “Maruti Suzuki Alto, Apka naya search engine!”

Apparently both cars belong to almost the same segment Though maruti alto starts from 2.33 lakhs and is petrol car while Chevrolet Beat Diesel starts from 4.2 lakhs but both are small size cars promise good average and cost friendliness .invariably selling the same idea of u can travel a lot in car without worry of fuel &/or average . For me running from shop to shop fr what one wants is more common and justifiable rather than tracing a friend who gave a abrupt message so rather then clarifiying it from her or online checking places (which his friends were doing on FB rather than on any search engine ) I consider that as completely stupid decision making sence in the guy ..and all bla bla. In short maruti add not only fails to impress but also is not an impressive enough to drag me to the shop.

Ok now what Maruti could have done to convey the same message to customers The better idea could have been a boy searching his annoyed GF/wife because there u need a search engine which can not be replaced by anyone else . And he finds her that’s Maruti apka search engine Iam precisely not replacing the GF with a kid as this is targeting to the segment of people who have started earning and are single

 Though iam an admirer of maruti service center/ spare part adds but this one is seriously an looser.
